Biggest Kick In The Face. F*** Plarium. I'm a "whale". I've invested thousands in this game. Last week I purchased 2 - 70$ void packs but did not receive the items. I submitted to support, which is like talking to a damn wall. The next day I requested my 140$ be refunded and now a 6 month ban.
