Ok so 1 who leaves their one man defense as a Mortu With stone skin and 2 the game should really clarify that his hidden skill is 20% of activating when attacking and 100% ON DEFENSE i fought this guy twice got him down to a sliver of health but both attempts his hidden skill activated EVERY TIME.
