Is this actually correct?!? I've always thought it was 75% and lately it has felt as they've even buffed it to like 90% The other day I didn't get a single attack off in over 10 attacks. I mean wth are the odds of that if it's just 50%?!

I just had to give UDK his props. He won this by himself. Full disclosure, I'm still playing around with his build and wasnt even sure how he'd fair here. hahah then I saw him finish the fight and his Damage. couldn't help but laugh and want to share. Seems fitting.
